What is a NORC?

  • A Naturally Occurring Retirement Community
  • A neighborhood or building where a large segment of the residents are older adults [or becoming older] and who intend to spend the rest of their lives there.

The Highland/West Seventh NORC “Home For A Lifetime!” Initiative is funded by the U.S. Administration on Aging (AOA)
and led by Jewish Family Service of St. Paul in partnership with other service providers.
